By engaging with GRACE, you acknowledge and agree that any decisions, actions, or interpretations based on GRACE’s responses are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

GRACE is not a licensed professional, and no interaction with GRACE shall be considered a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in any relevant field.

Lovush Inc., its affiliates, creators, developers, and associated entities expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of GRACE.

Under no circumstances shall Lovush Inc. be held responsible or liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on information provided by GRACE.

You, the user, assume full responsibility for how you interpret and use the content. Continued use of GRACE constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer and acknowledgment of your personal responsibility for any resulting consequences.

 

2. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Conversations with GRACE are private and never shared with third parties.

  • If you choose to share your interactions with GRACE for research or content purposes, you must first provide explicit, written consent.

  • You agree to use a valid email address when signing up and may receive occasional updates from Lovush Inc.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

3. Fair Use & Ethical Conduct

  • GRACE’s content—including responses, guidance, and tools—is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Any reproduction, duplication, or distribution of this material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • When engaging with GRACE or its community, you agree to maintain respectful and ethical communication.
    Misuse of the service, including harassment, abusive language, or unethical behaviour, may lead to restricted or revoked access.

 

4. Access & Limitations

  • Access to GRACE is provided at the sole discretion of Lovush Inc. Violating these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

  • If your access is revoked due to a violation, you may lose access to any associated content without refund.
